No Gambling Promotion: This platform is intended for development purposes only. The developers neither endorse nor promote gambling. All game functionalities are based on client-provided APIs and specifications.
Client-Provided Resources: The success and functionality of the final platform depend heavily on the timely provision of third-party APIs, branding assets, payment credentials, and hosting environments by the client.
Risk Disclosure: All betting-related activities carry financial and psychological risks. Users must be over the legal age and agree to use the platform at their own risk. The platform owner assumes no liability for losses.
Third-Party Services: The system integrates with external APIs (games, payment gateways, odds data). Accuracy, uptime, and reliability of such services are outside the developer’s control.
Security & Privacy: The system includes essential protections like SSL, 2FA, XSS prevention, and encrypted data handling. However, ultimate responsibility for secure data and financial operations lies with the hosting party (client).
Post-Deployment Support: The project includes a 1-year limited support window for bug fixes and minor issues. Major changes, scope expansions, or third-party failures are not covered under this warranty period.
